Free Dyslexia Screening Questionnaire
It takes around five minutes and gives you a quick indication of whether dyslexia traits may be present.
We have two versions available; one for adults and young people aged 16 and over, and one for parents of school-aged children. The parent version even adapts its questions depending on whether your child is at primary or secondary school.
This is not a diagnostic tool and cannot confirm or rule out dyslexia, but if you have been wondering whether it is worth exploring further, this is a pressure-free way to find out.
